Product Details
We take pride in crafting our beautiful Gansey jumper entirely within Britain, from farm to factory. Inspired by traditional fisherman’s Gansey jumpers, we’ve incorporated authentic stitch patterns historically used in Cornish fishing villages. This premium sweater features a contemporary boxy silhouette with drop shoulder construction and T sleeves, finished with a ribbed and rolled collar. Intricate paneled stitch patterns adorn the upper half, plus it’s knitted in the round for a seamless construction just like the original fisherman’s jumpers. Crafted from undyed wool, these natural fibers provide exceptional warmth in chilly weather while maintaining breathable comfort.

Care
Washing Instructions
Hand Wash only
When washing by hand, avoid twisting or wringing as this may damage the wool. Do not use fabric conditioner when washing. To remove excess water from the garment we recommend wrapping it in a towel and gently squeezing it before leaving the item to dry. Do not put on a spin cycle. Lay the product out flat to dry, do not hang your wool garments. Allow to dry naturally away from all artificial heat sources.
Care & Cleaning Products
Pilling
Clothing made from natural fibres can occasionally ‘pill’. These little balls of fibre or ‘pills’ are created as the smaller fibres in the twist of yarn naturally shed with wear. This will lessen as you wash and wear your garment. Until then, they can be gently removed with our Pilling Comb.
